Metro Brisbane & Sydney
Vanity by Design offer flat rate home delivery to Metro Brisbane & Sydney within 30 kms CBD area. Brisbane is $95 flat rate & Sydney is $198 flat rate.
Outside Metro Brisbane & Sydney
If you are located outside the 30km metro area we still offer home delivery. Enter your address at checkout for shipping costs.
In Brisbane and Sydney we have our own vehicles with our Vanity By Design staff ready to go, this means the process is 100% controlled by Vanity By Design.
Collections
If you are located in QLD and wish to collect your vanity from our warehouse, please contact us in advance on (07) 3376 6055 or by email regarding your collection.
Our warehouse opening hours are:
9:00am to 3:30pm ( Mon - Fri ) for VBD Darra Warehouse
Outside Flat Rate Delivery Zones - Depot Collection
If you are located outside of the flat rate delivery zone, we can deliver to your closest depot for collection Australia Wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For depot collection, the depot will contact you with collection arrangements. Please ensure you have the appropriate means of transport from the depot.
Order Processing
Once you have placed your order and payment has been confirmed, we generally send stocked products within 3 business day. If any of the products are on order or out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when your items are ready for dispatch.
If you're ordering from Sydney and have selected home delivery, we send orders every 2 weeks on our Sydney truck. Once your order has arrived at our Smithfield warehouse the Sydney team will give you a call or send you an email to organise a suitable date for home delivery.
Delivery Times Outside Metro Zone
It depends on the shipping destination. All our orders are dispatched from our Darra Brisbane warehouse. Orders will take generally 5-10 business days (exclude weekends) to arrive at the depot, depending on the location.
For rural locations, please allow up to 12 business days.
Delivery Conditions
Vanity By Design staff can deliver your purchase into the garage or ground floor. We will not be taking it up stairs or in any lifts.
If you are not home your order will be sent back to our warehouses unless authorised to leave and you will be contacted to schedule in a new delivery date. There will be a rescheduling fee involved in this process.
Note: Vanities can be purchased individually, but due to transport issues mirrors can only be purchased with the vanity.
Vanity By Design makes no guarantees or warranties against grazing, scratching or wear on the stone surface or otherwise. All stone products are sold subject to variation in colour, flow, grain, tonality, spotting, veining, shade and texture. Vanity by Design will not be held responsible for natural fractures existing in stone
Note: If you chose a Smartstone surface this offers superior durability and practicality. Because Smartstone surfaces are manufactured from natural materials, each slab is unique and will contain variations in shading, reflectivity and the distribution and appearance of quartz. These variations are naturally occurring characteristics of the material. The appearance of each slab will also vary depending on lighting conditions, placement and viewing angle.
Disclaimer: Smartstone is a natural product and therefore some variations in colour and pattern may occur. Small inclusions in the product such as small particles and blotches are within acceptable standards. The brochure should be used as a guide and final selection made from actual samples.
