Where do you deliver for a flat rate?

We now offer flat rate shipping on most products to selected postcodes in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne. Brisbane is $50 flat rate shipping and Melbourne and Sydney is $90 flat rate. If your postcode is out of range please contact us and we will find the best quote for you.
*Metro areas only. Areas 30km from the CBD will be priced by quotation.

How can I buy goods if I live outside the ‘flat rate delivery’ areas?

If you are located outside of the flat rate delivery zone, we can arrange delivery by quotation. Please ensure you have the appropriate means of transport from the depot. We will supply you with full tracking information for your delivery. We deliver Australia wide.

 When will you send my order?

Once you have placed your order and payment has been confirmed, we generally send stocked products within 48 hours, excluding weekends. If any of the products are on order or out of stock, the expected delivery month will be displayed when you place the order. We will contact you to let you know when your items are ready for dispatch.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our warehouse is located in Brisbane and generally it takes 2-8 working days for an order to reach its destination, depending on the location. For rural and distant locations, please allow up to 12 working days. 

Do I have to be home to collect my goods?

When your order is ready to be delivered, either we or our transport logistic partner will contact you to arrange a date and time to deliver it to you. Due to OH&S requirements our drivers cannot lift more than 25kg, so please make sure someone is there to help the driver unload the goods where necessary. Additional charges will apply if you require a second helper or a tail lift. 

 What if I can't be home when the goods are being delivered?

We are still able to deliver to your property if no one is home, however this will void your delivery warranty. Vanity by Design and our courier partner will not be liable for theft or damage. 

Can the delivery driver take my goods up stairs?

Unfortunately, we can’t take your order upstairs we can put it into the garage or ground floor. We will not be taking it up stairs or in any lifts.

When will you call to organise delivery?

We will call you once your order arrives at the depot, then we will call you and organise a day and time for delivery. Please allow a 3-hour time frame for delivery.

Do I have to help with delivery?

You will need someone to help when your order is getting delivered, we send one person for delivery unless you ask us for a helper which will have an additional cost. If you will need an assist with delivery please contact us and we can arrange it for you.

Can I collect the order myself?

Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse at 241 Monier Road, Darra, Brisbane. Our warehouse opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:00pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm. For other pick up locations, the local depot will contact you with collection arrangements. 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been sent, we will send you all relevant tracking details. 

What if my order is damaged during transit?

We have a strong network of reliable logistic partners who take excellent care of goods in transit. However on the rare occasions when an item is damaged, we require some photographic evidence as soon as you notice the damage. All our goods are fully insured and we can send a replacement if needed.

What happens if I change my mind on my order?

You have 5 days to let us know if you change your mind, however you will have to pay for freight there and back. If you let us know after 5 days we will not accept any returns.
